ASIP, the Association of Stylists and Image Professionals, is the membership body that promotes and supports the UK’s personal styling and image industry.

Jennifer is MD of Aston+Hayes Image Consultancy, London, one of the most respected and recognised image training companies in the industry. Jennifer and her team have helped to launch the successful careers of many personal stylists in the UK and around the world, with innovative courses that combine image consulting skills with fashion styling know-how and creativity. Jennifer also has a thriving client base of senior executives and global businesses.

Pippa is the founding director of Stick & Ribbon, the UK’s first private shopping and personal styling franchise. As an expert in her field, she regularly contributes to the national print media, radio and TV; most recently appearing in 'The Secrets of Body Language’ for Sky 1. Pippa is passionate about helping all women learn to love what they wear, but she has a particular passion for helping 40+ women.
